I am currently working on behalf of an established organisation based in the Greater Belfast area to recruit an Assistant Accountant to join their existing finance team.

Your new role

Working within the existing team, you will be responsible for a range of duties including:

1. Responsible for weekly cost reporting to internal stakeholders
2. Responsible for Balance Sheet reconciliations
3. Responsible for transactional allocations across all edges
4. Responsible for Financial Reporting deadlines

What you'll need to succeed

This role is ideally suited to a Part-Qualified Accountant, or Entry Level with an interest in pursuing qualification, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance role. Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and be able to work independently & as part of a team.
