Job summary

Tech Connect Group in Banbury is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join an automotive manufacturing business. The role is office-based initially, offering a hands-on environment where you can contribute from day one.

You will manage day-to-day supplier and customer ledgers, help process invoices, and explore AI-driven improvements to accounting workflows in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Xero is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
• Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and handle reconciliations.
