Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council is seeking an experienced Assets Project Manager to lead the delivery of construction, refurbishment and related projects across the Council's property portfolio. You will manage contractual arrangements, monitor contractor performance and ensure funding programmes support strategic investment goals.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering construction, refurbishment or planned maintenance projects.
• Experience with contract administration, including JCT contracts.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Experience managing contractor and supplier relationships.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, procurement and contract management.
• NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in a construction-related discipline, or willingness to work towards this qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage construction, refurbishment and planned maintenance projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project budgets, procurement activities, contracts and financial performance.
• Oversee contractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure quality, value for money and programme delivery.
• Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, Fire Safety legislation, Building Regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Undertake surveys, condition assessments and preparation of specifications and tender documentation.
• Manage Homes England funding applications, grant claims and audit requirements.
• Prepare reports and briefings for senior managers, elected members and stakeholders.
• Build effective working relationships with residents, contractors, consultants and internal teams.
