Job summary

Warwick District Council is seeking an experienced General Fund Project Manager – Assets and Compliance to lead a high-profile programme across the Council’s corporate property portfolio. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop plans, procurement strategies and risk registers.

Ideal candidates will have senior-level project management experience and hold a recognised qualification such as PRINCE2 or MSP, with a track record coordinating audits and strong stakeholder

• Significant senior-level project management experience.
• Experience coordinating audits and turning findings into action plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination across multiple service areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, business cases and risk registers.
• Coordinate audits and translate findings into concrete improvement actions.
• Monitor budgets, risks, milestones and project delivery.
• Prepare and present reports to senior leaders and committees.
• Build relationships across service areas and with external consultants.
