Salary: £47,355 per annum
Location: Across North Somerset
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)

We're looking for an experienced Assets and Facilities Manager to take the lead in managing a diverse range of non-domestic properties - including offices, community hubs, commercial spaces and multi-use buildings across North Somerset and the surrounding areas.

You'll be responsible for:

Overseeing Health & Safety and security across commercial sites

Managing leases, business continuity, and facilities operations

Driving environmental sustainability initiatives

Leading on facilities projects, contractor management and procurement

Collaborating across teams to deliver strategic objectives

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in building services and asset management

Experience leading large-scale facilities projects

Strong contractor and budget management skills

A flexible, proactive communicator who thrives on problem-solving

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (or ability to travel between sites)
