Job description

Wealth Management Engineering requires a hybrid Technical Project / Product Manager & Business Analyst to manage critical growth initiatives and regulatory obligations by leveraging best-in-class project management skills and strong functional/architectural expertise.

The role involves managing key initiatives for the Asset and Wealth Management Division (AWM) to meet new business opportunities and industry/regulatory demands.

Roles will include:

• Collaborating with Divisional and Engineering Management, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to define and document requirements.
• Working with Engineering leadership and teams across divisions to agree on solution design, resourcing, and deliverables.
• Supporting Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle by coordinating with the broader project team.
• Holding project teams accountable, removing roadblocks, and leveraging organizational resources.
• Defining and tracking project metrics and communicating progress to senior leadership.
• Gaining deep functional knowledge of the domain and demonstrating intellectual curiosity.
• Asking focused questions and understanding current processes.
• Applying critical thinking to challenge assumptions.
• Managing problem resolution and action items by deadlines.
• Escalating unresolved or at-risk items and prioritizing analysis based on risks.

Basic Skills and Qualifications:

• Action-oriented with the confidence to drive organizational change collaboratively.

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst in Financial Services or related fields.
