Job summary

LGPS Central is seeking an Asset Transitions Associate to support planning, governance and reporting for fund launches and asset transitions. You will help to maintain transition plans, RAID logs and action trackers and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

The role suits someone with PMO or project coordination experience and a background in asset transitions within financial services or pensions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in PMO, project coordination or support in financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid understanding of governance, RAID management and reporting cycles.
• Ability to manage multiple dependencies and time-critical activities with escalation of risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office and project tracking tools like MS Project.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritise in a dynamic setting.
• Team-oriented but able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of fund launches and asset transition activity.
• Maintain transition plans, schedules, milestone trackers and dependency logs.
• Manage RAID logs and action trackers with owners, dates and status updates.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for transition and governance meetings.
• Coordinate meetings: agendas, minutes and action follow-through.
• Support readiness tracking across internal, client and third-party activities.
• Monitor progress against timelines, budgets and delivery criteria.
• Contribute to improvement of tools, templates and practices.
