Job summary

Sanctuary Group is seeking an Asset Surveyor for its Cherwell, Banbury team within the Property Services department. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, cost-effective property surveys and capital projects across the UK.

Candidates will deliver stock condition surveys, support disrepair cases, and prepare reports and tender documents. The role requires professional surveying qualifications (AssocRIC, MRICS, CIOB, Degree/HND/HNC in Surveying) and experience in a building environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required as the role involves driving on company business.
• Experience interpreting computerised data and surveying environment insight.
• Able to manage deadlines and prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking stock condition surveys and property inspections across a broad range of stock.
• Involvement in disrepair cases, complaints, permission requests and repairs monitoring.
• Producing reports and documentation for work specifications and tenders.
• Supporting delivery of the cyclical programme, including surveys, resident consultations and liaising with stakeholders.
• Contributing to special programmes in line with the Group's values.
