Sanctuary Housing Association is seeking an Asset Surveyor to cover Banbury and surrounding sites. The role involves stock condition surveys, reporting, and supporting capital investment within regulatory requirements. You will work from Cherwell, Banbury, and may travel to Birmingham as needed.

The package includes a salary between £46,097 and £48,524 per year plus a company car or car allowance, for a 40-hour week. Benefits include pension, life assurance, and wellbeing support.

Competenze

• Qualified to AssocRIC, MRICS CIOB, Degree, HND or HNC in Surveying; interview requires original certification.
• Some experience in a building and surveying environment.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation; full UK driving licence required for company vehicle use.

Mansioni

• Undertaking stock condition surveys and property inspections across a broad range of stock, including health and safety assessments.
• Involvement in disrepair cases, complaints, permission requests and repairs monitoring.
• Producing reports and documentation for work specifications and tenders.
• Supporting delivery of the cyclical programme, including surveys, specifications and resident consultations.
• Contributing to special programmes and projects in line with the Group's values and objectives.
