Southern Housing is seeking an Asset Support Officer to maintain the integrity of our property asset data and support informed decision-making across the Asset Management function.
You will manage asset information, contribute to data governance, and produce reports and dashboards to help deliver high-quality services to residents. The role requires attention to detail, collaboration, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic housing environment.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Asset Support Officerto join our Asset Information team and play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our property asset data. Working at the heart of our Asset Management function, you will ensure that information held within our Asset Management System is accurate, reliable, and accessible, helping to support informed decision-making, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of high quality services to our residents.
