Job summary

One Manchester Limited in Manchester is seeking an Asset Data Team Lead to oversee the integrity of asset information across systems and drive insight-led reporting for investment, repairs and long-term planning.

You will lead a team, ensure accurate data entry, validation and mapping, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality and processes. The role requires advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities, aligned with our HEART values and customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead asset data management, ensuring accurate data entry, validation, audits, and system integrity.
  • Produce and analyse asset, repairs, stock condition, Decent Homes Standard, and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate asset mapping and ownership records across business systems.
  • Support stock condition programmes, asset appraisals, investment planning, and 40-year business planning through data analysis and recommendations.
  • Ensure all asset investment works, acquisitions, disposals, and changes are accurately recorded and reflected across systems.
  • Collaborate across teams to improve data quality, maintain robust processes, and provide training on asset data systems.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational performance, using insight to drive improvements in cost, quality, productivity, value for money, and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to effective complaint resolution and continuous service improvement.
  • Coach, support, and develop colleagues to maximise performance, engagement, and accountability.
  • Inspire teams to achieve objectives and embrace continuous improvement.
  • Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring fair and objective people management practices.
  • Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, responsibility, and high performance.

About the role

You’ll support the AssetsT eam to maintainaccurate asset data and produceinsight-led reports that inform asset investment, repairs, and strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment with the Asset Management Strategy.
