Job summary

Faber Group seeks an Asset Manager to drive pallet recovery and maximise asset efficiency across the UK and Ireland. You will build strong relationships with retailers, collection points and pallet traders while using data to identify losses and opportunities.

You will travel extensively across the UK and Ireland, including overnight stays, and report insights to optimise asset visibility and recovery in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience within logistics, supply chain or a comparable operational environment.
• Experience within FMCG environments would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and investigative capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical actions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems and Power BI is beneficial.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland, including occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Drive pallet recovery activities and improve asset recovery performance across your assigned region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, collection points, pallet traders and other key stakeholders.
• Investigate asset losses, identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
