Madison Berkeley in London is seeking an Asset Manager to own and optimise a significant regional portfolio. You will drive value through strategic asset management, lease negotiations, and data-driven performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Formal asset management experience in commercial property.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• MRICS qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset management strategies across a regional portfolio.
• Identify and execute value-enhancing initiatives including lease regears, renewals, lettings, and refurbishments.
• Build relationships with occupiers to support retention and growth while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Utilise data, AI insights and market intelligence to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with leasing, property management, finance and investment teams to meet business objectives.
• Prepare asset and portfolio reporting for the principal investor.
