About the Role

We are working with an award-winning and well-backed residential developer seeking an Asset Manager to join their team.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Maths, or Real Estate
• 3-6 years' experience in Real Estate within Investment or Asset Management roles, requiring strong technical and analytical skills
• Polished, confident professional with strong investor-facing skills to manage and present to a demanding investor base (US PE to EU institutions)
• MUST demonstrate past experience engaging with investors and understanding different investor expectations (e.g., institutional vs. local authority housing)

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day asset management of operational and development portfolios, analysing financial and operational performance against business plans
• Prepare reports and present project performance findings to investors
• Develop trusting relationships with key stakeholders
• Manage core asset management duties focusing on relationship management and pitching to current and potential investors
• Negotiate contracts with third-party providers, monitor KPIs, manage payments, and suggest corrective actions as needed
