We are working with an award-winning and highly backed residential developer seeking an Asset Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Maths, or Real Estate
• Have 3-6 years' experience in Real Estate within an Investment or Asset Management role requiring strong technical and analytical skills
• Be a polished, confident professional with strong investor-facing skills to manage and present to a demanding investor base (US PE to EU institutions)
• MUST demonstrate past experience engaging with investors and understanding the expectations of different investor types (e.g., institutional vs. local authority housing)

Responsibilities:

• Support daily asset management of operational and development portfolios, analysing financial and operational performance against the business plan
• Prepare reports and present project performance findings to investors
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Manage core asset management duties with a focus on relationship management and pitching to current and potential investors
• Negotiate contracts with third-party providers, monitor KPIs, manage payments, and suggest corrective actions when needed
