Overview:

Our client is a London focused investor, developer and asset manager with c £1bn AUM across offices, retail and leisure.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Asset Manager to join a dynamic team in Central London. The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and possess a strong background in commercial real estate asset management, with a proven track record of driving asset performance and value enhancement across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage a portfolio of commercial properties (office, retail, and mixed-use), maximising rental income and capital value.
• Develop and implement strategic asset management plans, including refurbishment, redevelopment, lease re-gears, and tenant retention strategies.
• Monitor market trends and conduct asset performance analysis to inform business cases and decision-making.
• Work closely with leasing agents, property managers, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to deliver commercial goals.
• Identify and execute value-add opportunities through active lease management, cost control, and strategic investment.
• Prepare and present asset reports, budgets, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, lease obligations, and health & safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–5 years' experience in commercial real estate asset management.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in valuation, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK commercial property market, especially within London.
• Proactive, commercially astute, and results-driven.
