A dynamic and growing real estate asset management business is looking to appoint an Asset Manager to work on a growing portfolio of town centre, retail led assets. This is a hands-on role within a collaborative, entrepreneurial team, offering the chance to shape asset strategies, drive performance, and contribute to wider business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day and strategic asset management of retail properties
• Preparing business plans
• Leading leasing activity, acquisitions, and value-add initiatives
• Managing consultant teams (leasing agents, surveyors, property managers)
• Supporting the onboarding of new assets and client relationships
• Acting as a key point of contact for occupiers and stakeholders

The Person

• Experience in retail real estate asset management (preferred)
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Commercially aware and detail-oriented
• Clear communicator and confident team player
• Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
