Job summary

Colchester Borough Homes (CBH) is seeking an Asset Manager to join the Asset Management Team in Colchester. The role will manage works under Housing Improvement, Capital works and Net Zero Carbon programmes and will lead, manage and develop Assistant Asset Managers and Apprentices/Trainees.

The position is permanent, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based in Colchester and focused on delivering asset management excellence for the Council’s housing stock and major projects.

• Asset Manager will manage a variety of works under the Council’s Housing Improvement/Capital works/Net Zero Carbon programmes.
• Asset Manager will lead, manage and develop Assistant Asset Managers and/or Apprentices & Trainees.

Working as part of the Asset Management Team, you will have the opportunity to manage a variety of works under the Council’s Housing Improvement/Capital works/Net Zero Carbon programmes. The Asset Manager will also lead, manage and develop Assistant Asset Managers and/or Apprentices & Trainees.
