Job summary

DK Recruitment is seeking an Asset Manager to work with clients to understand the condition, performance and long-term investment requirements of their property portfolios. You’ll contribute to asset management strategies, investment planning and develop practical recommendations to keep homes safe, compliant and sustainable.

You will review stock condition surveys, asset data and property performance information, support maintenance programmes and long-term investment planning while building

Qualifications

• Experience in property asset management or housing asset management.
• Understanding of stock condition, planned maintenance and capital investment planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret property data and communicate findings.
• Good report writing, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and contribute to multiple client projects.
• Proactive and commercially aware approach.

The role
