Job summary

Boden Group is seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in the Defence Services sector. This highly mobile role requires a central UK base and extensive travel across the UK, from Cornwall to Newcastle, to support a large national portfolio.

Job description

Are you an experienced Asset Manager who can hit the ground running? A leading organisation within the Defence Services sector is seeking a Senior Asset Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract due to increased workload.

This is a highly mobile role, so candidates must be centrally based and genuinely comfortable travelling extensively across the UK.

The Role

• Lead and work alongside two Asset Surveyors.
• Manage asset activity across a large national portfolio.
• Travel to sites from Cornwall to Newcastle depending on business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective asset management.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and asset information.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Provide experienced leadership and support to ensure the increased workload is delivered effectively.
