Job summary

Baringa is seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join the Transition, Assets and Infrastructure practice. You will lead asset management transformations for asset-intensive clients, shaping maintenance strategies and integrating EAM/CMMS platforms like IBM Maximo with ERP/SCADA.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management or asset-intensive operations across energy, utilities, or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Asset Management and CMMS platforms.
• Ability to bridge IT and OT and manage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of asset management transformations for asset-intensive clients.
• Drive risk/condition-based and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Advise on EAM/CMMS platforms, data migration and integrations with ERP/SCADA.
• Define IT/OT governance, change control and support models.
• Shape digital and AI opportunities for asset optimisation.
• Manage engagements, scope, risk, quality and margins, and coach teams.
