Job summary

Innovus Worcester is seeking an Associate Director – Asset Management to lead the asset management operations and maximise long-term value across residential portfolios. Reporting to the Account Director - Asset Management, you will manage up to 5 direct reports and drive performance, data integrity, and client reporting.

The role requires degree-level education, 10+ years in ground rent/residential portfolios, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Preferably TPI/RICS qualified with 10+ years’ experience of working with ground rent/residential portfolios.
• Experience managing mixed-use and complex residential portfolios.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to utilise data insights to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Asset Management operations, embedding the new structure and resources.
• Monitor the day-to-day operational performance of the assets across the portfolio.
• Drive enhanced performance on the HRB portfolio, reducing risk and overseeing efficient resolution of asset issues.
• Create an action-led, target-based approach to asset management with effective tracking of issues and escalations.
• Oversee the production of detailed and effective recommendation reports to the client.
• Ensure high quality data management and reporting to the client.
• Develop a cohesive, results-driven asset management team through coaching and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to enhance asset value and income.
• Deliver all relevant KPIs in line with the Asset Management Agreement.
