Join us as an Asset Management Business Analyst

• Take on a critical role supporting the bank to achieve customer satisfaction by eliciting and understanding the internal and external technology customer needs
• Work in a vibrant, forward-looking team and help shape the future of our business while taking advantage of development opportunities and advancing your career
• Work from home some of the time, with at least one day a week in our London office

What you'll do

Produce business requirements to inform future state design, support teams in understanding these requirements and their linkages to the overall domain strategy. Build, manage, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.

Other responsibilities include:

• Supporting others to articulate ideas and requirements in formats like use cases, user journeys, user stories, and illustrations
• Capturing, validating, and documenting business and system requirements aligned with strategic principles
• Interacting with customers, stakeholders, and the team to gather and document needs
• Analyzing existing system documentation to summarize functionality related to the work
• Supporting prioritization based on feedback from customers, stakeholders, and the team
• Assisting in vendor selection and preparing RFI and RFP documents
• Applying investment experience to contribute innovative ideas to our technology and business strategies

The skills you'll need

Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience working within an Agile environment, along with an appropriate business analyst certification.

You should also have:

• Experience with business analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in asset management
• Knowledge of investments data and data platforms
• A broad understanding of the asset management application landscape, with detailed knowledge of Aladdin and Data Platforms
