Join us as an Asset Management Business Analyst. You will:

• Support the bank in achieving customer satisfaction by understanding internal and external technology needs.

• Work from home part of the time, with at least one day a week in our London office.

What you'll do

You will produce business requirements for future state design, support teams in understanding these requirements, and maintain stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities include:

• Articulating ideas and requirements using use cases, user journeys, and stories.
• Capturing and validating business and system requirements aligned with strategic principles.
• Engaging with customers and stakeholders to document needs.
• Analyzing existing documentation to summarize functionalities.
• Supporting team prioritization based on feedback.
• Assisting in vendor selection and RFP processes.
• Applying your investments experience to bring innovative ideas to our strategy.

The skills you'll need

• Experience with Agile methodologies and a relevant business analyst certification.
