Job Description:

Associate role with one of the most recognised names in REPE. The firm invests across multiple asset classes and strategies and has raised billions of dollars globally in recent years. The team is looking for a technically strong asset manager to focus initially on their pan-European logistics strategy, with potential to expand over time.

The successful candidate will support an SVP in the logistics Asset Management team to help develop the asset class strategy and execute the business plan. Prior experience in logistics is not mandatory, but an interest in the asset class is essential.

This role is more technical than traditional asset management, requiring highly robust financial modeling skills. The candidate must be capable of building complex structures from scratch and have demonstrated experience in doing so, likely in a bank, fund, or top-tier advisory platform. Due to the firm’s opportunistic risk profile, responsibilities may include refurbishments, developments, bolt-on acquisitions, divestments, and asset manipulation.
