Job Description:

Associate role with one of the most recognised names in REPE. The firm invests across multiple asset classes and strategies and has raised billions of dollars globally in recent years. The team is looking for a technically strong asset manager to focus initially on their pan-European logistics strategy, with potential for broader responsibilities over time.

The successful candidate will support a Senior Vice President in the logistics Asset Management team to help drive the asset class strategy and execute the business plan. Prior focus on logistics is not mandatory, but an interest in the asset class is essential.

This role is more technical than traditional 'bricks and mortar' asset management. The candidate should possess highly advanced financial modelling skills, capable of building complex structures from scratch, with demonstrable experience in their most recent role, likely in a bank, fund, or top-tier advisory platform. Due to the firm’s opportunistic risk profile, responsibilities include refurbishments, developments, bolt-on acquisitions, divestments, and asset manipulation.
