Job description

As a future Asset Management Analyst, reporting to the Sector Lead within AXA IM Alts, Real Assets, you will contribute to managing and creating value for AXA REIM managed properties.

The Analyst's responsibilities include:

1. Collecting and analyzing relevant data at the asset level (technical, legal, tax, commercial)
2. Assisting in defining asset strategies and preparing annual business plans
3. Maintaining financial models (e.g., DCF) and contributing to asset budget monitoring (revenues, opex, capex)
4. Analyzing ESG data with an understanding of its future impact on Real Estate
5. Monitoring external valuations and asset KPIs, and reporting to investors
6. Supervising tenancy issues, claims, and legal matters with advisors
7. Implementing marketing and letting strategies
8. Monitoring refurbishment or development programs with internal/external experts
9. Supporting disposals preparation (data room, valuation, RFP)
10. Assisting in investment underwriting led by the Acquisitions team
11. Providing analytical and presentation support on strategic topics

Location: 22 Bishopsgate, London – Hybrid. The role is permanent.
