Teignbridge District Council in Devon is seeking a Property Maintenance Officer to inspect, survey and deliver a wide range of reactive, minor, cyclical and term‑contract repairs to council buildings and assets.

The role requires construction experience, knowledge of contract law and health and safety, with qualifications such as HND/HNC or City & Guilds. You will join a collaborative team and enjoy hybrid, flexible working.

Formación

• Experience in a construction environment with knowledge of contract law and health and safety.
• Qualified with HND/HNC or City & Guilds level equivalent.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out inspections and surveys of assets.
• Deliver, manage, supervise and complete reactive, minor, cyclical and term contract repairs and maintenance.
• Work as part of a team to meet the council's asset maintenance objectives.
