Swindon Borough Council is recruiting a Planned Maintenance Delivery Surveyor to inspect and assess housing and corporate assets, producing expert reports, recommendations and costed solutions. The role supports asset management, compliance and planned works delivery across the borough.

You will liaise with residents and contractors, oversee budgets and ensure projects meet safety and quality standards. Some travel within the borough is required; a flexible, office-based week is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in building and housing asset surveys.
• Ability to prepare reports, specs and recommendations.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and standards.

Aufgaben

• Undertaking inspections, condition surveys and assessments of housing and corporate assets.
• Prepare reports, specifications and recommendations.
• Provide professional technical advice to residents, managers and colleagues.
• Diagnose defects and specify remedial solutions balancing safety and value.
• Manage delivery of planned maintenance works with contractors and internal teams.
• Administer contracts and monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Fulfilling CDM 2015 client duties.
• Manage budgets and maintain records.
• Support Asset Management and investment planning.
