Job summary

Wales & West Housing is seeking an Asset Data and Information Lead Officer to improve how asset information is stored, governed and used across our organisation. You will work with Building Safety, Property Services, Operations, Technology and Data teams to ensure high data quality and reliable reporting that supports decision making about homes and future investment.

You will promote data ownership, implement standards and reporting solutions, and play a key role in our digital transformation

Qualifications

• Experience in asset data, reporting, governance or information management.
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for decision making.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to engage with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and embed data standards, governance arrangements and quality controls.
• Shape reporting, dashboards and performance insights for operational and strategic priorities.
• Identify data quality issues and drive improvements across the organisation.
