PX Group is seeking an Asset Integrity Manager for the Wyke Agrichemicals Manufacturing Plant in Bradford, West Yorkshire. You will be responsible for mechanical integrity, inspections (PSSR, COMAH Reg 5) and asset life-cycle programs to ensure safety and regulatory compliance across site assets.

You will lead the asset integrity team, manage budgets, coordinate inspections with contractors, and drive improvements in safety, reliability and efficiency while mentoring staff and reporting to the

Formación

• Degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of API 510/570/579/653 and PD 5500.
• Proficient with CMMS software.
• Experience in 24/7 heavy industrial or chemical environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee asset integrity group budget, CAPEX and cost planning.
• Plan and schedule PSSR inspections and related reviews.
• Coordinate COMAH Regulation 5 examinations and documentation.
• Review inspection reports and obtain final approval from Mechanical Technical Authority.
• Maintain asset lifecycle corrosion rates register and forecast vessel life.
• Manage LOLER and bellows inspections with third‑party contractors.
