Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager for Asset Finance to deliver a high-quality service to established SME customers. You will be the first point of contact for Asset Finance inquiries, work with locally based colleagues, and feed customer insights back to product teams.

The role combines relationship development with proactive lending activities. You will build a network of introducers, manage credit proposals, and collaborate across the bank to support the lending budget while

Qualifications

• Proven career progression in business development within Asset Finance.
• Strong introducer relationships and relationship management skills.
• Ability to structure lending proposals and write credit applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of Asset Finance customers and drive income against targets.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve issues for existing customers.
• Originate business through networking in the local patch and active outreach.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver excellent customer service.
• Roll out targeted marketing campaigns and manage new-to-bank prospects.
• Report key business indicators and monitor early warning signals.
• Work with Credit and other teams to ensure a smooth lending process.
