Job summary

Allica Bank in Manchester is seeking a Relationship Manager for Asset Finance to deliver a professional service to customers and support the bank’s lending growth. You will be the primary contact for inbound Asset Finance inquiries and collaborate with local Relationship Managers to ensure exemplary service.

You will feed customer insights back to product teams and stay up to speed on the latest offerings, while supporting the delivery of the bank’s annual lending budget and maintaining high

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven career progression in asset finance business development.
• Proven Introducer (non-broker) relationships and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of Asset Finance products and SME businesses.
• Ability to structure new Asset Finance lending proposals and write credit applications.
• Ability to analyse financial accounts and related information.
• CRM knowledge and effective use of systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of Asset Finance customers, driving income to targets.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve issues for existing customers.
• Develop your own network of customers and originate business through outreach and networking.
• Provide cover and support on Asset Finance to Relationship Managers via telephone and email.
• Roll out targeted marketing campaigns and manage new-to-bank prospects via phone and email.
• Ensure excellent customer service for all customers and counterparties.
• Report Key Business Indicators.
• Identify Early Warning Indicators and follow internal processes.
• Collaborate with Credit and other areas to deliver lending budget and seamless service.
• Establish objectives and personal development plans.
• Maintain Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) in all actions.
• Develop relationships with key Introducers and professional networks.
