Location: Solihull

Salary: £60,000 - £200,000 Per Annum (Remote working, Generous commission structure)

We are working with a leading financial services provider seeking experienced Asset Finance Brokers on a self-employed basis. You will have access to a bespoke panel of lenders and exclusive products, with a focus on being client-focused and value-driven.

The role includes support from a credit and sales team, building relationships with customers purchasing tangible business assets. It offers full remote work, with client interactions mainly via phone or virtual meetings, supported by a proposal management system. The initial 12 months will involve prospecting to build relationships and trust with clients and introducers.

The role offers an attractive commission structure with an 80/20 split, access to over 120 funders, and tools like Experian, proposal management systems, communication templates, and 24/7 IT support. Asset finance experience with a brokerage or lender is essential. A strong mindset and team spirit are crucial for success in this role.
