As we continue to expand our interconnector network and develop innovative energy infrastructure projects, we're looking for a Converters Asset Engineering Manager to join our Operations team and help us maintain world-class performance across our critical assets.
Reporting into the UJV Operations team, you'll provide strategic and technical leadership for the asset management of our HVDC converter station infrastructure across a portfolio that includes NSL, IFA1, IFA2 and Viking Link.
Leading a team of specialist engineers, you'll shape asset strategies, drive operational excellence, and ensure our converter station assets continue to perform safely, reliably and efficiently. This is a highly influential role where you'll work across a wide range of stakeholders, helping to inform investment decisions, support major projects, and deliver innovation across our operational interconnector network.
The role is hybrid with our base office in Warwick, with travel to interconnector sites as required.
The role also comes with a company car.
A competitive salary between £68,000 - £84,000 per annum - dependent on capability.
