Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a Master Data Specialist to ensure accurate, high-quality asset data across capital projects, enabling safe and reliable operation of critical infrastructure.

You’ll lead asset data management across projects, collaborate with engineers, suppliers and stakeholders, review engineering information from models, P&IDs, drawings, and schedules, and oversee data collation into SAP PM with governance and standards compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering or asset data in technical, utilities, infrastructure or capital delivery environments.
• Experience with SAP PM, asset management systems or enterprise asset registers.
• Ability to interpret engineering documentation including drawings, schedules, P&IDs and asset hierarchies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience producing reports, analyzing data and identifying trends and opportunities.
• Experience in automating processes using ETL tools to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset data management across a portfolio of projects to ensure accurate data in the asset register.
• Review and interpret engineering information from sources such as 3D models, P&IDs and schedules to meet standards.
• Oversee collation, validation and upload of asset information into SAP PM with milestone delivery and governance.
• Provide insight and reporting on asset data performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
