Job summary

Transport for London is seeking an Operational Compliance Support Manager to strengthen asset data quality and reporting across the Built Environment team. You will manage asset data within the Maximo system and deliver dashboards for safety and performance, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires problem solving, data analysis and BI skills, with a hybrid working arrangement and opportunities to shape asset data governance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyse asset data and support reporting improvements.
• Experience with large datasets and data quality audits.
• Knowledge of Asset Management Systems (Maximo) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of asset data in Maximo and related systems.
• Produce weekly reports and dashboards for Safety, Operations and Performance.
• Develop automated workflows to enable operational reporting and data quality checks.
• Support asset data handovers and data migrations with stakeholders.
