Are you an experienced data professional looking for your next challenge? We are searching for an Asset Data Manager to join our Asset & Sustainability team. The role is central to integrating and managing asset data that supports our 30‑year and five‑year investment and sustainability strategies. You will oversee data across systems including MRI Asset and Sava Intelligent Energy, providing insights that shape investment decisions, enhance customer satisfaction, and deliver value for money. The position also involves maintaining and monitoring energy performance data to help us achieve EPC C ratings for all homes by 2030. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure data quality, compliance, and strategic alignment, while contributing to the Senior Asset Management Team forum.
