Job summary

Watmos Community Homes is seeking a dedicated Asset Data Analyst to join the Asset Management team. You will collect, validate and analyse property and building safety data to inform the asset strategy and investment planning.

Working with the Head of Property, you will manage asset databases, produce performance reports and KPIs, oversee stock condition surveys, and help drive our EPC targets and net-zero ambitions for safe, sustainable homes.

Qualifications

• Experience with asset management or property data systems.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Understanding of social housing, building safety and property compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate and maintain a wide range of property and building safety data.
• Manage asset databases and ensure data quality for reporting.
• Produce performance reports and KPIs to inform strategy and investment planning.
