Job summary

Anglian Water @one Alliance is seeking a Cost Capture Analyst to support both infrastructure and non-infrastructure streams. You will work largely self-governed to deliver Cost Capture outputs at Delivery Milestone, engaging with commercial, programme and costing processes and suggesting system improvements.

You’ll learn through a structured training programme and join a team that values collaboration, accuracy and timely delivery in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering or QS degree preferred; enthusiasm to learn and add value
• Numerate with good analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Team environment experience; ability to communicate with diverse audiences; meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Understand project deliverables by interrogating BIM model, drawings, and supplier quotations with project teams
• List assets installed, take off quantities and enter data into Asset+ under the correct WBS code
• Assess asset costs using quotations, procurement data, standard prices and historic data; enter results in Asset+
• Use Commercial reports, SAP downloads and estimate data to assess Prelim and Overhead costs
• Maintain proper records for audits and cost assurance; liaise with Project Coordinators to prioritise work
• Provide feedback from historic data to assist future project costing
