Job summary

one Alliance is hiring a Cost Capture Analyst to support Anglian Water’s capital investment programme. You will review drawings and BIM models, record assets and quantities, and analyse costs in the Asset+ database. The role includes supporting cost reporting, financial records and audits, and collaborating with project teams to improve future cost estimates.

A structured training programme is available, and an engineering or QS background is desirable.

Qualifications

• Numerate and analytical with strong data handling abilities.
• Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying, or relevant experience.
• Willingness to participate in a structured training programme.

Fancy a new challenge in the water industry? We’re looking for a Cost Capture Analyst to join the @one Alliance and support the delivery of Anglian Water’s capital investment programme. The @one Alliance brings together eight partner companies, including Binnies, working collaboratively to deliver major water infrastructure projects across the region. What will you be doing?

• Reviewing project drawings, BIM models and supplier quotations.
• Recording installed assets and quantities.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is numerate, organised and enjoys working with data. You’ll need good analytical skills, confidence using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and the ability to communicate with a range of people. A degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying, or relevant experience, would be great. New to cost capture? That’s absolutely fine - a structured training programme is available to help you develop in the role.
