Job summary

Anglian Water @one Alliance is looking for a Cost Capture Analyst to support both infrastructure and non-infrastructure streams. The role focuses on determining asset costs from drawings, quotations and procurement data, and maintaining accurate records for audits and cost assurance.

The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery teams, work with the Cost Intelligence unit, and participate in a structured training program to build expertise in cost capture and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with cost capture processes and asset cost determination.
• Numerate with strong analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work effectively in a team and communicate with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Understand project deliverables by querying BIM models, drawings and quotations with the project team.
• List installed assets, quantify take-offs, and enter data into the Asset+ database under the correct WBS code.
• Assess asset costs using quotations, procurement data, standard prices and historic data; enter results in Asset+.
