Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. and the @one Alliance are seeking a Cost Capture Analyst to support both infrastructure and non-infrastructure streams. You’ll be largely self-governing, deliver Cost Capture outputs at Delivery Milestones, and interact with project teams and the Cost Intelligence group.

You will understand cost capture processes, asset costing, Prelims and Overheads, and help improve systems. A Engineering or QS degree is preferred, with enthusiasm to learn and add value in a fast-paced

Numerate with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
Good communication with project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Interrogate BIM, drawings and quotes; liaise with the project team to understand deliverables.
List assets, take-off quantities, and enter data into Asset+ under the correct WBS code.
Use quotations, procurement data and historic prices to assess asset costs in Asset+.
Use Commercial reports, SAP downloads and estimates to assess Prelim and Overhead costs.
Keep accurate records for audits and cost assurance.
Liaise with Project Coordinators to prioritise the schedule.
Use historic data to provide feedback for future costing.
