Asda is recruiting an Asset Construction Manager for Scotland & Northern Ireland. Based in Edinburgh, you will oversee client-side construction projects, including store enhancements and car park works, with responsibility for scope, programme, cost and safety.

The role requires travel across Scotland, NI and the North of England and a proven ability to coordinate external design teams. The position is full-time, permanent, and involves managing multiple projects from inception to completion

Formación

• Experience in client-side construction project management.
• Ability to manage scope, programme, cost and quality of construction projects.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and ASDA ways of working.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of retail asset projects, car parks and store enhancements within Scotland, NI and North of England.
• Coordinate and manage external design teams through design and site meetings to meet scope, cost, programme and quality.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, chase milestones and mitigate risks to minimise disruption to operations.
• Manage project costs and ensure adherence to financial controls and processes.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and Asda working practices across projects.
• Collaborate with City FM for alignment across work areas with the Asda model specification.
• Identify and implement innovative construction initiatives to improve lifecycle costing.
