Qualifications

• Commercially astute banking & finance solicitor with 4+ PQE and exposure to asset-based lending.
• Strong drafting and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, self-starting mindset and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise banks, lenders, fund managers and corporates on finance and security matters across asset-based lending, leveraged finance, corporate lending.
• Support real estate finance and capital markets exposure in relevant transactions.
• Draft and negotiate key finance documentation and security packages.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
