Mills & Reeve is seeking a Senior Associate specialising in Asset Based Lending to join its national Banking & Finance team. Based in Norwich with work across multiple offices, the role focuses on complex debt finance deals, collateral structures and client management.

Qualifications

• 4+ PQE in banking & finance with asset-based lending exposure.
• Experience at a recognised high-quality practice is preferred.
• Ability to manage and lead workstreams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise banks, lenders and corporates on finance and security matters.
• Work across asset-based lending, leveraged finance and real estate finance.
• Support corporate transactions including M&A and funding structures.
• Draft and negotiate key finance documentation.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
