Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal asset due diligence to assess ABL financing potential.
• Monitor and evaluate third-party due diligence and valuation professionals.
• Perform collateral calculations and reconciliations for borrowing bases.
• Prepare financial reporting and compliance certificates.
• Manage existing asset based lending facilities for portfolio companies.
• Lead documentation workstream with internal and external stakeholders.
• Interact with financing banks and asset-based lenders.
