A prominent educational organization in Pendle seeks an Assessor for Early Years, Education and Childcare. A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assessor in Early Years, Education and Childcare to join our dedicated and high‑performing team. The role involves supporting adult learners on Level 2 and Level 3 programmes, alongside workplace learning routes. Responsibilities include conducting workplace assessment visits, providing coaching and mentoring, and actively supporting learners to achieve their full potential. The curriculum area continues to grow year‑on‑year, with increasing learner numbers across adult and professional pathways.
The postholder will be primarily based at the Lancashire Adult Learning (Northlight) campus but is required to travel across Lancashire. This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner seeking a new challenge or a qualified Assessor looking to develop within an outstanding organisation.
