Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting an Assembly Technician for a busy hand assembly team based in Farlington, near Havant. The role suits someone with precise manual skills who can reliably assemble and inspect small connectors and components in a structured production environment.

The successful candidate will follow defined procedures, participate in inspections, and support packing and other production duties as needed. A detail‑driven, quality‑focused mindset is essential for this hands‑on role.

Responsibilities

• Hand assembling connectors and small components (tiny components).
• Completing repetitive assembly and inspection tasks to specification.
• Carrying out first-off and last-off inspections.
• Performing quality check patrols during production runs.
• Ensuring all work meets quality and specification standards.
• Working in line with EN9100 requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Supporting additional production duties where required, including packing.

We’re currently recruiting for a Assembly Technicianto join a busy and well‑established Hand Assembly team based in Farlington. This is a great opportunity for someone with assembly or manufacturing experience who enjoys precise, hands‑on work in a structured production environment.

This role plays a key part in maintaining high quality standards and would suit a candidate who is comfortable carrying out repetitive assembly and inspection of identical small components, while working to defined procedures and industry standards.

What you’ll be doing:

• Hand assembling connectors and small components (tiny components)
• Completing repetitive assembly and inspection tasks to specification
• Carrying out first‑off and last‑off inspections
• Performing quality check patrolling during production runs
• Ensuring all work meets quality and specification standards
• Working in line with EN9100 requirements and standard operating procedures
