Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Experience working with small components and fine hand assembly.
- Ability to carry out repetitive tasks accurately and consistently.
- Willingness to follow defined procedures and quality systems (EN9100 experience desirable).
Responsibilities
- Hand assembling connectors and small components (tiny components).
- Completing repetitive assembly and inspection tasks to specification.
- Carrying out first-off and last-off inspections.
- Performing quality check patrols during production runs.
- Ensuring all work meets quality and specification standards.
- Working in line with EN9100 requirements and standard operating procedures.
- Supporting additional production duties where required, including packing.
